It starts with dough
Each day begins with fresh dough. Our in-house team adds fresh, locally sourced ingredients, then sheets the dough so every biscuit bakes evenly.
Cut, baked, bagged — by hand
Shapes are cut by hand, the treats go into the oven, and once they’re done they’re bagged by hand too. The oven is the only machine we use; everything else is our team’s work.

The shop is open Monday–Friday 1:00–6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Arizona time. We’re closed Sundays.
