How to store dog treats after opening

Because we bake in small batches, we want every biscuit to taste as good on the last day as on the first. A few habits help.
Our biscuit guidance
Unopened, our biscuits and treats keep up to 16 months. Once opened, use them within 45 days. Reseal the bag after every treat, store it in a cool, dry place at room temperature, avoid long stretches in direct sunlight, and always follow the best-before date printed on the package.
Keep it sealed, keep it dry
Air and moisture are what make a crunchy treat go soft. Press the air out before resealing, and keep the bag away from the stove, dishwasher and sunny windows.
